I just came back form Cork, I'm exhausted!
It was a great night, though and lovely to meet you, Oonagh. Mary looked gorgeous and Marisa too. I think you said all that was needed, Oonagh! I met some lovely women from Mary's writing group, one of whom is an author of childrens' books.
I am still talking with a Cork accent, it's so contageous!
Can't wait to start the book now.

Thank You all so much, girls. I'm sorry I haven't been on line since........but things have been crazy and as the 'launch' party didn't finish until 5 am, I've been shattered ever since. Oonagh, you did a great report, well done. It was a fantastic night - a terrific buzz in Easons and the party in Kilumney Inn was terrific afterwards. It has far surpassed my expectations, and though it is a relief that everything went ok, I'm still reliving every moment.
Having such terrific support on the night and having such fabulous authors - Tracy, Susanne, Bernadette Leach, Marisa in our midst was a great honour for all.
So far the feedback on Love Match has been excellent, so let's hope it remains upbeat.
Have been really lucky on the publicity side of things and I'm nearly getting used to seeing my ugly mug on the papers....still cringe a little, mind you.
I've been doing loads of book signing over the last few days and did a book 'reading' in Book Stor, Kinsale last night. Again it was a great night - loads of wine and craic and I couldn't believe the turn out! Mam came with me and she loved it to pieces. We had a great laugh and were tickled pink with the reception we received.
Oonagh was fantastic and everybody loved her! thanks for being there, Oonagh, and I'm delighted you enjoyed the fun.
So, I think I'm finally getting used to the fact that apparently I am now a real author! It's one of the best feelings ever, so keep writing everyone.
It's the tops! thanks so much again to all for fab support Mary

Thanks so much, girls, and it's going to be your turn next. It's so important to keep writing and not give up!
I've been visiting book shops over the last few days and it's a real rush when you see your own book sitting in a book shop. What's even better is when you watch someone read the back cover and then (as I hold my breath) they take it to the til and buy it!!!
thanks again to you all, Mary.

Mary's launch was a huge success. I flew down to Cork as did some of Mary's pals and we had a champagne reception in the VIP room in Cork airport thanks to Mary's wonderful hubby Pat - it helps to have friends in high places!!!
Mary looked so serene and spoke movingly during her speech. Easons was jammers and everyone had a ball! I didn't get to bed till 2am but it was really worth it! Love Match is flying off the shelves. Huge thanks here for all the support, especially to the wonderful Tracy Culleton and Susanne O' leary for making the journey down and joining in the party. And also to the infectious, loveable Oonagh who would get any party going...

I'll try and help best I can but I'm not the best at giving instructions ok first you need a site such as photobucket and register www.photobucket.com/its free and you can have your own photos on, follow the instructions to load your picturs and then when you have your pics right click the one you want and you will see the bottom colum "properties" click that, then you need to highlight the URL Address andwhen its highlighted press c and ctrl button at the same time then get on write on site and on your post where you type at the top is pictures you need the little picture of the postcard click this and you get the words [ img ] [ /img ] I have left a space just to show you but don't leave a space when you do it now right between the [ img ] HERE [ /img ] you need to press the v button and the ctrl button at the same time that should show your picture you can click preview at the bottom to see your post before you post reply. YOU ACTUALLY SEE THE IMAGE UNTIL YOU PRESS PREVIEW. Oh sorry caps lock Karen may have an esier way to expain thats the only way I know how to do it there could be an esier way around it. Good luck can't wait to see them
