Girls please do yourselves a favour and go and get this book esp if you're lucky enough to be going away on holiday as to me it would be the perfect sun lounger read.
Evie works as a medical receptionist in a clinic which specialises in plastic surgery in London's exclusive Harley Street. She is disillusioned with her love life, hates her brothers who she refers to as 'the beasts' and is badly in need of a holiday.
When she is offered the opportunity to go to a conference in Cannes in the South of France she jumps at the chance thinking that it will be a working 'holiday'. However, she is unprepared for the drama that will unfold out there and how she will end up single handedly fighting with terrorists whilst finding love in quite an unusual place!
This book was absolutely hilarious and had me in complete stitches! I had never read Jenny Colgan before but have ordered two more of her books from eBay tonight!!!

i was disappointed with this book fionn. now though that i think about it i was after reading saving grace by ciara geraghty and feels like maybe by claire allan. i just thought the book was only average. funny in places definetly but just thought the main male and female character lacked chemistry. it got very confusing with characters as well.

That's a shame Oons as I have to say I really enjoyed it! Having said that I'm reading Claire's book myself now and can understand why maybe it looked like fluff in comparison!!
