Hi Girls,
Is anyone going to this workshop? It's in the National Yacht Club? I think Patricia O' Reilly and Marita Conlon-McKenna are speaking. Haven't been to one before and wondered what goes on!

I don't know yet if I am free to go so I hope loads of you all get there to tell me what happens! I believe Marita Conlon-McKenna is an agent now so that is great news for us all that she will be speaking.

Marita is NOT an agent for children's books or any other books, she's far too busy. I know 'cause she told me herself. Where did that rumour come from?

I know, she was getting quite worried (but laughed at the idea). In any case I know from experience that writers make very bad agents...
