Yeah it is and a good thing too - that way all sorts of authors writing in different styles can get published.

Hi Everyone, Sorry I'm only getting around to writing in now but a big thanks to all of you for reviewing Pebble Cove. I really like to get feedback- for better or for worse - as it's constructive for the second time around. My second book, Absolute Beginners, should be out in August so I hope you'll read and enjoy. Best wishes, Mairead

Hi Karen, I see you're online at the moment so I'd just like to say a quick hello and thank you for your lovely comments on Pebble Cove for the Book Club. I'm really grateful that you all took the time, not only to read the book, but to do detailed reviews as well. Thanks again, Mairead

Hi Mairead.
You're welcome. I loved Pebble Cove and found it a real pageturner. I'm really looking forward to your next book. Any hints or clues as to what Absolute Beginners is about?

Hi Karen, I went off to have a shower there! The next book is called Absolute Beginners (so far) and it's set in a cookery class, of all things. It's really about four people whose lives are at a standstill and they have to make a few changes. I'm doing the second draft at the moment so I'm beavering away at it. Happy days, Mairead
