Back to the other question though about blurb on the back. I didn't mention Fiona because I wanted Bunny to be the main focus of the book. Fiona was more the narrator and not, in my opinion the main character, even though she was the nicest. I sometimes think if you write too much on the back it gets confusing. I often write the blurb about 50 times. But it's very helpful to get the interseting feedback. I hope I didn't confuse too many people. I found it more interesting as it kept me guessing all the way through the book. I think to much on the back of the book spoils it slightly

I agree with you Charlie, but I hadn't read the back till someone mentioned it!
And tatty I was really getting to like A-J too, I couldn't believe she did what she did.
Like MArisa said it was also quite nice having a book club meeting and interview at the same time, hopping form one to the other. Maybe something for the future.

This was the first book of Marisa's that I have ever read and I must say it won't be the last. I loved reading this book. It had me gripped from the beginning (so, many sleepless nights staying awake reading). My favorite character was Fiona, like many of you have said, very easy to relate to. I felt sorry for her at times when Bunny seemed to be getting everything while Fiona missed out. And i could easily relate to her jealous feelings to-wards Bunny, I mean I think everyone has come across a person at some time in their life that they can't help feeling jealous about. I know I have! I couldn't warm to AJ at all, I could either take her or leave her. Didn't really make much of an impression on me whether it be good or bad. But I didn't think she would sell out Bunny and Fiona like she did. I also thought that maybe she was trying to set Fiona in some way. And I thought she was making up the stories about Emily being pregnant and living with Conner to drive a deeper wedge between Fiona and Emily because she didn't like Emily for some reason. I think I would've liked Fiona and Emily to resolve there fight earlier on in the book and Emily have more of a part in the story. And I also thought Fiona could have tried harder to make contact with her. With Bunny I thought there was something fishy with her. The way some things were written i thought that maybe she wasn't telling the truth about everything. I expected to find out that Shaney had really bought the ticket and she took it and ran away and she was the one that beat him up and maybe she gave herself the bruises to make it look like Shaney beat her up. Anyway that is all I can think of for now, hope it all makes sense. And Like I said this will not be the last Marisa Mackle book I will read. I give it 7/10. ;D ;D

Great review Nicc. Thanks. I agree with you on a lot of it. I'd recomment Mr. Right for the Night - Marisa Mackle's first book - it was excellent - really funny and honest!

I always laugh out loud at Marisa Mackles books. I still have 'The Mile High Guy' sitting waiting to be read. 'Chinese Whispers' was brilliant.
